Waiting for user name and password for 1 month

This is my experience with Telkom, I applied for a Telkom simple 3 package in december 2012 and was contacted via a call centre agent who took my details but a week later had no SMS reference sent to me, I followed up at the gateway Telkom direct store and they had no record of my tele order, a new order was placed then and over the next 3 months ending at 13 march 2013 the line was installed, the installer left a number to call to activate the adsl account, from the 13th of march to date every call I have made to activate the adsl account has been fruitless with call centre agents having a systems problem that won't allow them to create a username and password, I have been promised that it would be escalated and remedied but to date have not had any feedback from Telkom, i did query this with billing as ll and a rude lady called me back and i had absolutely no joy with her. I am paying for my adsl line and it is active but unable to be given a username and password yet. I have had to resort to opening an account with afrihost to use as my ISP in the short term till this is remedied,
So In short, Telkom you! I hope you go bankrupt with you poor service!
