I phoned in the morning to find out why my internet was not faster after I upgraded to 2MB line. Was told after checks that would have to do a check through telkom (or something like that) but would need my mweb password. I applied for the temporary password. After many attempts I could no longer log in and I got cut off from the lady on the line. Reapplied for password. Phoned again, Deon helped but the password again did not work, was personally given a new one again. I was told to also wait 15 minutes for excessive log in attempts to reset. Waited over 30 minutes. Tried again, would not let me. New person Neil on the phone then had a look and said account page not working. I love spending two hours on the phone to resolve squat. I remember doing all this in the past and giving up also. Apparently should look at other provider so can get a new passwaord so I can find out why I dont receive the correct amount of MBs.
