Telkom Still haven't fixed my internet

After my last complaint Telkom still hasn't resolved the issue, there was a guy from Telkom at my house on saterday checked what was going on with the internet and told me the line was damaged and left, I received an SMS telling me the matter has been handed over to the cable technicians and they will resolve the issue ASAP.

When I called Telkom this morning the whole process just started from the beginning again nobody has an idea of what is going on with the issue they have escalated the problem again, to the technical department.
So my question is what are they doing at Telkom because they are clearly not doing their job.

So just a note the problem has been escalated 3 times, an nobody has a clue of what's happening. I am disgusted in the service I am receiving from Telkom and would advise people to look at other possibilities and stay far away from Telkom.
