I have had endless problems with a number on the MTN network and a call to their call centre today was the last straw

MTN disconnected the BIS from a number and were notified on Friday of such a disconnection and then never corrected the matter. On Saturday we visited the store and also phoned customer service and were given undertakings. Nothing happened.

A 50 minute call to the call centre resulted in only one outcome and that is that MTN do not have any competent skills and no staff on Sunday. The fact that they have not been able to correct the simplest of issues is on matter but the fact that on Sunday they have no technical skills available despite the fact that the business is 24/7.

A simple solution to all after having nothing but disruption and poor service since August rather use Telkom at least you expect this from a government agency.

MTN is simply incompetent
