Further to my previous complaint 2 weeks ago - here is an update from CellC - Mbongeni will be liaising with the Repair team manager and contacting you to furnish the necessary feedback. Do expect a call during working hours tomorrow. That call came and went

That was 2 weeks ago. I now consider my contract with CellC as cancelled. I also expect refund on prorata for the cost of my handset that has been with CellC more than it has been with me. I will be terminating my debit order with the bank with immediate effect. I welcome CellC to pursue this issue to the courts as these HELLOPETER letters will serve as proof of me seeking reasonable resolution. The fact that these letters have been acknowledged by CellC on the site is proof that CellC has been aware of the complaint but have made no concerted effort to resolve - pass the buck seems to be the order of the day. A legal tip for CellC - I will subpoena Nokia when you commence your legal actions to bare responsibility for poor quality handsets
