Im so annoyed by bad service i always get from MTN call centre, on sunday i topped up with R35 to make an urgent call and i couldnt make a call. I called the call centre and didnt get any help even after asking for a manager. I was told to send my bank statement and nothing can be done with the fact that i need to make an urgent call. I understand technical errors can happen but the thing that made me more angry is the fact that they kept on telling the same thing and i was not offered any help. I even suggested that they conference me with the person that i want to speak to or give me free min they refused. I have been with MTN on contract for over 5 years and they cant help with 1 call which i couldnt make due to their technical issues. I was tolt to send my banks statement for R35 airtime imagine. I have to spend my patrol to go to a bank when will cost me more that R35 of patrol and use my bundles to send it to them and that will take more time while i wanted to make an urgent call and that means i want to make a call now!!
