PRIVATE PERSON REGISTERED A "BUSINESS ACCOUNT"

I am a private person, with an ID Number, two legs and two arms, who - from my private bank account - has for years and years been paying invoices issued IN MY PERSONAL NAME (and NOT a business name!) in respect of account number K0050811.

EVERY TIME I contact the Mtn call centre about ANY matter, I am told that mine is a "business account", and that "NO CHANGES of any description are possible unless requested on an official company letterhead"!
Some incompetent fool has made an administrative error which has become a burden of intolerable proportions to me, simply as I wish to keep the two existing numbers which I own when (due to this issue!). I port away to ANYONE else in around six weeks time. If it were not for THAT fact I would simply cease paying my account at the end of March and leave this Most Terrible Network to get on with suing the "business" which supposedly owns the numbers in question. I know of no other business or government department that makes me want to vomit as much as these fools do!!
