Unfriendly and rude attitude from Nobulali

Dear Telkom

I went into the Telkom shop in Kenilworth centre earlier today, for the 2nd time after I left earlier due to the time I stood on the queue without help. I was waiting for the telkom employee to call the next customer (me) when some lady behind me moved forward and the telkom lady helped her.

I approached the lady and informed her that queues were there for a reason and that the telkom employee should start by helping a person on the front of the queue. The lady customer got irritated and profanities were exchanged between me and the lady customer.

I asked the telkom employee who her name was and she arrogantly and proudly with a loud voice said her name was NOBULALI, I cant remember her surname.

Standing for too long on a queue makes people impatient and irritated.

The customer lady's son was waiting for me at the door, probably to fight with me after I exchanged profanities with his mother and someone could have been hurt or died. Fortunately nothing happened.

Can Telkom at least show that it cares for its customers treat them with respect.

NOBULALI clearly has no respect for customers.

My apologies to the customer lady for profanities that I exchanged.
