Been listed by MTN for their incompetent staff

I was listed by MTN in 2010 for a 3g contract. every four months i was billed more than triple regular amount with no explanation. I have numerous reference numbers that i have never received feedback on. I paid my contract up too 16months and then stopped using their 3G cause of lack of service. Last year when i tried getting a bond for a house i found out i was listed, since then i could not purchase anything cause of the listing. I have tried in vein to get this resolved but MTN refused to investigate the situation. MBD attourneys also just lists people without investigating why. I eventually decided to pay them to get the listing of my name which was R16000 for a balance on my contract which was R2800. MTN is the worst service provider out of all and in future i will take my business elsewhere.
