I have been a loyal customer of vodacom since 2002, and of late i am disgusted with the service by vodacom consultants. Either they have a bad attitude or they are not in the mood to help, i assume that before one became a service consultant, that person went through a vigorous interview and was able to satify the petential employer that they are qualified to do the work but lately people do not apply for a job because they love it, it might be because of poverty and unemployment. If i am a customer and throw tantrums, as a call center agent, you should be trained to handle such. I remember i was not happy with a phone i ordred, the turn around time was miscommunicated, i was very upset and the lady put the phone down, like dropped it. In many occassions now i have called customer service and i dont like the kind of service being offered. I once complained to a supervisor who was to call me back and never did. The ladies are very rude and not friendly at all, especially african ladies. Please take the call center agents to traning so that they can improve their attitude, we pay a lot of money to get such.
