No documents received but Adverse listed

Good day,
I have gone through my compuscan report and found that you guys listed me for adverse listing. I didnt get any listing documents to sign or get it at post office. i logged a dispute with compuscan and found out the documents were send but i didnt get it and the date was in 2011 but listed me in 2012. Why is the listing date not 2011? Could you please update the system to 2011.
please advise asap
