Listed by MTN for contract they breached!!!

Been listed by MTN a few years ago, have my lawyers dealing with them but we never get a response or any feedback from them, because of this listing i cannot buy anything on credit. Ive even tried settling the account to get the listing removed and still they dont respond. The interest is going up every month and ive been trying for the past 5 months. Its going to take even longer cause my lawyer said we must take it to high court. MTN is the worst service provider in the country and dont look after their clients at all. Ive had a cellphone contract with them for almost 10 years and never had a problem, im changing service providers this year!!!
