I did a transfer of account from Mothers account into my name. I was then cut off from service, after having called to find out why i was getting sms's saying i had funds outstanding, to which i was told dont worry about it, account was reactivated after i went to the shop. after being cut off again (second time) i went in to find out that the Transfer was not done because of outstanding funds, which was not communicated earlier at all. I then went in paid unfair fines, and cleared account. At this point i had to walk between banks for special tranfers to clear accounts. The manager then promised the account would be sorted out. Service was reactivated. a Month later service was cut and transfer not done. i could not get any details either because account was not in my name yet. Meanwhile out of needing phone for work i got another phone. I went in to close vodacom account as service is useless and im greeted with it not being possible. even though account in actual fact is not mine as they didnt transfer it, nor my mothers as she transfered it to me. But i guess i would have to do the paper work for them to understand this to. Transfer was applied in Feb and in May still not done?
