MTN breaches contract but you LIABLE!!!

I am utterly disgusted by MTN and their attorneys conduct. I was recently
listed on ITC for a contract which I cancelled years ago. I did not receive
any notification that I would be listed as required by the law. I only
discovered my listing when I applied for a homeloan. My application was
rejected due to my listing. Despite the fact that I lodge several queries
regarding the service by MTN and charges of the contract, and then
subsequently cancelled the contract I was listed on a credit bureau. I then
attempted to settle the matter with MTN attorney and they took forever to
reply to my attorney.i ran up legal fees cause MTN attorney would not reply
to letters. It felt as if they used the fact that I was listed as a
bullying mechanism-"Pay up or else". Due to the fact that I urgently
required to buy a house, I paid R16 000.00 (sixteen thousand) under protest
in order to have my name removed (still awaiting confirmation that my name
has been removed). The amount charged by MTN is excessive and unreasonable
in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. I really hope other individuals are
not faced with similar pathetic and detrimental conduct. I hope we can
resolve this matte
