Id like to logdge a formal complaint aginst MTN Bank City store. Consultant is Neo Tlhame and Maanager Caludio.

Last year In august i was due fro an upgrade which i was then offered by Neo. i wanted the R329 Top up Package for the BB bold. he mistaeknely loaded incorrect upgarde on an incorrect phone which i never agreed upon. He then promised to fix the error and i paid the intiaiton fee and contract R329 cash since hecouldn't put my account on Debit order until the incorrect bill was settled.

since then i have been paying R329 cash to keep my line open. was advised to stop paying until this matter of settling incorrect bill was sorted by Neo. its February now and the matter has still not been sorted.

I have raised this with Claudio who is the store manager and nothing has materialised. My line is now blocke or stopped and i am highly inconvinienced as this is my business line.

Im dissatisfied with the service from Mtn, its irresponsible for your representative, mismanagemnt of account and lack of sense of urgency. This is messing with ITC profile. now it looks like an adverse payment, where as its not.

should i now approach the Ombuds man
