Incorrect contract loaded - MTN refuses a credit

Further to my complaint on 23 July 2013, to which MTN responded that the matter will be escalated for resolution. As at today 2 October this matter is still pending.
1. Express Telecoms has agreed that the contract requested and the contract loaded was incorrect. I have this on e-mail.
2. The correct package has been loaded onto my account.
3. However, MTN refuses to pass credit for the incorrect billing despite that the incorrect contact was loaded to my account and that I raised a dispute on my account within the 30 days as stated on the invoice.
4. MTN is insisting that I provide a copy of the contract despite it being a contract taken out telephonically after being approached my Express Telecoms and confirmation from Express Telecoms which they have in their possession that the incorrect contract was indeed loaded.
5. Visits to the MTN service centre in Pavilion and numerous calls to their customer care line has reached a dead end with the only response that the accounts department requires a copy of the agreement.
6. MTN is your migrated me to the contract what further proof you require?
