Once again I am billed for a number I dont have

Since my last complaint I have still not received a call or even a email from Telkom. I received my account today and once again they are charging me for a phone that was meant to be cancelled on the 17 May already. I have phoned in every week since the first week in June to cancel this incorrect number and the last time I spoke to a manager at Telkom they informed me that it was cancelled. The line is still not cancelled as it is reflecting on my account. I am not sure what I am being charged for because the amounts agreed apon is not the amount they are charging me. Because they have not even tried to assist me to rectify this, I have decided to take matters into my own hands and I have logged a complaint with the department of the public protector who will now investigate this. I am only 2 months with Telkom and both months my bill is incorrect and I am not sure what I am paying for. I have also requested that all payments go off as a debit order and they are still only debiting for one of the 2 things I should be paying for after numerous requests to change everything to debit order. I would really just like this to be sorted or I would prefer the account to be cancelled
