Vodacom bill me for calls I never made

My bank account was debited by vodacom for calls I have never made. I have destroyed the sim card when I got the contact and I have only used the handset. How can they bill me for calls that I have never made. I logged a call, bbut I am still waiting for feedback, in the meantime I am going to reverse the debit order.
