Bad service in accounts

We paid our cellphone account on the 20th of December via EFT. We have faxed the proof of payment to the accounts department numerious times (about 4 times) Everytime they suspend the service and say we didn't pay. This is starting to become rediculous. Every second day they suspend the service, which means that my husband must take time off work and try and sort the problem at vodacom. Everytime they say they see the money but it hasn't been allocated. How many times must one have the same problem with the same company. Can someone please attend to the problem and sort it out
