THIS IS - AFTER 18 MONTHS STILL NO REFUND

Hi, I refer to 2 previous complaints lodged through you about Cell C not refunding me an amount I was overcharged with after I upgraded in April 2012.

As from June 2012, I have complained numerous times via Cell C's Customer Care. I have countless sms's on my phone in which they confirm that my complaint is receiving attention, but eventually a friend told me about Hello Peter. In October 2012, I lodged my 1st complaint via Hello Peter. Funiwe called me the next day after which my monthly payment was rectified, but no refund or credit was passed on to me. She gave me her e-mail address and I forwarded her e-mails with attached Bank Statements which I sent to Cell C previously as proof that no credit was passed. I never heard from her or the Billing Dept.

In November I called Cell C again and spoke to a "Team Leader" named Lungisa who promised to call me back the same day, but never did.

On 5th May 2013 I lodged a complaint via Hello Peter again. Once again Funiwe called me the next day. She promised to follow up the previous complaint and promised to call back, which once again never happened.

I'll cancel my contract with Cell C in April 2014. Cell C is terrible to deal with!
