PROBLEM STILL NOT RESOLVED

My complaint with Cell C started at the beginning of June. The only time I get a response is writing through Hellopeter and then it is the same standard reply. BLANCH OPPERMAN responds, but just strings a person along with idle promises.
I have been promised a refund since the my first complaint. On 2nd July, I followed up yet again and was told by BLANCHE OPPERMAN that the refund had already been paid into my bank account.
It is now the 9th July and the amount is still not in my account. I phoned customer services this morning and they confirmed that it has not been paid into my account.
BLANCHE OPPERMAN just tells you what you want to hear, but actually does nothing to resolve the complaint.
Cell C do not know the meaning of customer service.
