I have posted complaints on an issue on Cell C website as well as on Hello Peter website the 11th and 18th of July. Shortly after the 18th I received a call from Blanche who said she will get back to me to resolve the matter within a day or two. I have not heard from her again. Since then I have received two emails from Cell C from which it is quite clear that the person sending the mail did not read my complaint and/or have a very limited grasp of English. The last response was so poorly written I could only shake my head in disbelief.

This is seriously unacceptable and very poor form Cell C. Can this matter please be escalated to someone who can sort this out efficiently?
