In response to my complaint a few weeks ago where I did not receive a phone when I upgraded. Cell C informed me a few minutes ago that the reason I did not receive the phone was because the upgrade was cancelled by myself If I understand correctly but no proof can be given we I issued that instruction. If I cancelled the upgrade WHY have I been struggling for almost 2 years to resolve the query as to why I never received a phone.
Cell C are trying to cover their tracks and it is unacceptable. If anyone cancelled the upgrade it was Cell C and not myself.
I do not want to continue or have anything else to do with Cell C. Since Cell C and I cannot obviously come to an agreement of the facts that took place, I request that my policy with them is cancelled with IMMEDIATE effect.

I stand by the fact that I did not cancel any upgrade and Cell C will not be able to provide otherwise as that instruction from myself did not take place.
I would like a full refund on the monies that I have paid in the last 2 years for a contract that I never agreed or authorised to continue. I am standing my ground and not going to pay for a service that I did not receive!!
