Terrible service from 8ta

After repeated requests to cancel my 8ta account due to no service I am yet to rceive any clarity and they had the audacity to debit my account again for a service I cannot use. Call was logged on 1 December 2012 and this service still has not been cancelled. After my previous complainton Hello Peter, 8ta sends me an email telling me that there is no service! Yes Sherlock I know that that is why I am trying to cancel. The problem as explained to the 20 call centre people I spoke to as well as the Telkom office, is that before I moved house I checked the 8ta site and there was coverage. When 8ta sends me an email, my address is on a main road, however they send me a screen dump with the number of my road in the middle of nowhere. I want the funds taken out of my account credited back to me as well as any penalty for early cancellation waived as explain to so many people that your site confirm 3G reception. I even emailed the page to one consultant. I am tired of speaking to one idot after another who makes promises for someone to contact me. It has now been 6 weeks since I logged the call for cancellation. What shocking service. I would never recommend 8ta!
