Does not cancel contracts!

Pathetic!! I have cancelled my contract last week of September 2013 for account number 333665308, the guy told me that there was a 30 day cancellation period and that my debit order would go off at the end of September that I understood. At the end of October my debit order went off again I went back to the Telkom/8ta branch in Menlyn to find out what the problem is the guy told me that the contract was never cancelled, so I've filled out the form again and again I'm told that there is a 30 day cancellation period and that my debit order will go off at the end of November, I was not very happy but understood. But now at the end of December my debit order went off AGAIN! How many times does one have to cancel a contract before it's really cancel a total of R897 has been deducted from my account since end of October 2013 for service I don't use anymore, I also demand a refund. Please sort this out. You can find my email address on file as 8ta also failed to change my contact number.

10 days later still no call from 8ta!
