Contract Prematurely Cancelled!!!

I called Telkom this morning to enquire about cancelling my Telkom mix contract which expires by the end of this month. After speaking to the consultant I realised that I did not want to cancel it as I still had airtime which would get forfeited... she had not made this clear to me till I asked about it. Without my agreement she put through a cancellation order so I asked her to stop it as she had not informed be that it would take effect immediately and that I would lose my airtime. She then said that she would not cancel the account. Later in the day my sim card registration failed. I dialled Telkom, they put me through to Telkom mobile after telling me my mobile account was still active. Telkom mobile said they could not assist me and put me through to "Telkom Mix" which turned out to be Telkom internet... in this manner I spoke to 10 different people in different departments 1 of whom told me the contract IS cancelled and again tried to connect me to Telkom Mix. I have now lost count of the number of times I was connected to the wrong departments and my problem still has not been resolved! I am highly frustrated and annoyed, Telkom seriously does not know what they are doing.
