please see my wife recently upgrade her hand set, where after she received her monthly statement which to her surprise came to an amount of R1600.00 when she queried the amount she was advised that it was for internet browsing whereby she advised the consultant that she hardly browsers on the internet the consultant then advised that they would collect the handset and see if there is a problem as the handset had an automatic update application which has to be deactivated, which she was never advised by the Consultant by the name of Truman and then credit her the money back, The handset was collected and replaced with a new handset, no mention of the funds been credited back to her, I then contacted your retentions department and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Deon who took all the information and advised that they would have to listen to the initial call when the hand set was upgraded as it was the consultants duty to explain how the handset work when upgrading the handset, Deon would then call US BACK TO advise progress two days later I called him back to confirm resolution however he stated that Truman was supposed to contact me back as they listened to call
