I have tried to cancel my Telkom account as I have recently moved to Namibia, and Telkom just doesn't reply via email? even though they offer an email service on their website!

This has highly irritated me for a few reasons. Why offer the service if you're not willing to respond? My first email has been sent over a month and a half ago! I mean really now!?

I am in Namibia now and am not willing to even attempt to call from here because even while I was in SA, you just can't get through to a call consultant! Why should I incur the costs of international phone calls of they don't even respond?

All I want is the forms emailed to me so I can cancel my account, I have left my details with them in every email sent. No one gets back to me! ever!

I'm highly unhappy with this because I wanted to start the cancellation process so that my account would be closed by the end of December, but now because of their lack of response I will probably have to pay till the end of January?? I'm not happy about this.

All I want is the forms to cancel my account emailed to me. Is that so hard?
