MTN Does not delive

I have a contract with MTN for a Samsung SII, recently it has been giving problems in that it drops signal and loses network, which results in dropped calls, and no service.
I took the phone in on January 19th, they booked it in and sent it off to their technical repair centre in PE. It was returned on February 4th, however, still with the same problem. I took it back to MTN the same day, and 2 days later, I had received no feedback and the phone was still sitting in the store.
I took matters into my own hands, phoned Samsung, and they gave me details of a Samsung dealer where I could take the phone to be looked at.
The phone is not even 3 months old. The response I receive from MTN is always we have emailed the repair centre and they have not replied. I find this to simply be an excuse, and they should have responded to me quicker regarding the matter. And this is after we waiting 3 months for the contract to be changed into my name (which only went through now in January). I have been into the MTN store countless times to try and resolve these 2 issues.
The service supplied to me is shocking!!
