TAKING FOREVER TO REPAIR MY SAMSUNG S4 MINI

On the 10/09/2013, I booked in my Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini at Darro Electronics/Samsung with Ashli as it was not switching on. I recently just purchased the phone on contract. I was promised that the phone would be ready in 4 days but no one came back to me with any feedback regarding my repair. I phoned Darro Electrconics/Samsung every week thereafter to follow up on and no one could come back to me with feedback. Today (04/10/2013), I phoned and asked for the manager and no one could put me through. I then phoned again later on and I was told that he is not available. Please can someone come back to me urgenlty with feedback as it has been almost a month and I havent received my phone back and no one has provided me with answers.
