I took my phone to the store on the 19th of December, 2012 but I'm yet to get it back after a month. Funny enough my contract includes BIS which i did not have for a period of 27 days but the monthly instalment was never reduced. on the 11th of January, I called mtn repair centre after two weeks of not being able to get hold of them and was told that according to their system the phone is still at the store and was never booked in at the repair centre.

I then went to the store on the 14th of January 2013 to inquire about my phone only to be told that the phone was rejected by the repair centre and return to the store on the 23rd of December due to negligence between the courier and the store room. Renay called the store room manager who could not even explain why my phone was not re-booked at the repair centre. To date i still don't know why my phone was not sent to the repair centre.

Renay called the store manager who was on training on the day, and after that she promised me that the store manager will personally take my phone to the repair centre and come back with it, thus she will call me after two days to come and fetch it. Even today, the two days haven't passed.
