I upgraded my Vodacom contract in July 2012 and opted for a Samsung Galaxy Ace. The phone loses signal and I have to reboot a couple of times a day. The phone has been to Vodacom 4 times for repair and yet they refused to replace the unit. I eventually contacted Samsung in Boksburg who arranged for me to take the phone to one of there service agents (Darro Electronics) The phone was okay for about 3 months then started to do the same thing. I love a Samsung phone and have had a couple of them over years. I upgrade in July this year but am weary of choosing another Samsung.
