Still hasn't received my phone back after a month

Electronics and household app.

Hi earlier last month I made a complaint about my phone that is giving network problems and Vodacare failed to fix the it.7 March (Friday) they picked up my phone and on Monday they phoned me to confirm that they received my phone and they'll send it to a repair centre by them. That was the last I herd.
More than a month later I had to phone THEM to find out where is my phone. He told me that they replaced my main board on the phone (after I said in the original complained that, that was already done and the phone was replaced as well. He told me my phone will be delivered with in 2 days
( That would be on a Friday). the Wednesday I got hold of him and he gave me the excuse that they're busy moving offices and the courier service is offline. He'll see what he can do and he'll phone me back. Didn't here from him since.

So I had to phone to find out where my phone was, don't know why it takes more than a month to fix a phone.
They don't listen to me when I told them what was already done. I want a other model phone (same or higher value) that doesn't give issues with the network, everyone I've spoken to has the same problem with the Samsung Pocket
