6 months phone "missing"

In January 2013 I handed my Nokia phone into the Autopage La Lucia branch for repair under warranty.

Countless phone calls to many call centre staff and visits to the branch during March, April and May resulted in part of my phone being returned and later the entire phone.

The fault had not been repaired so it was returned to Autopage again.

Again I had to phone constantly and got nowhere so in May, my patience exhausted, I had a "Sit in" in the La Lucia branch of Autopage. I had a sign with me stating I had waited since January for a repair and I sat in the store with the sign on my knee. It was very visible to customers and passers by!

I told the staff I would not move without my phone or an equivalent.

This was successful and I was given the managers phone .a nice Samsung, until they could trace my phone.

Autopage finally gave up trying to find my phone so have now given me a new Nokia with a 2 year warranty.

Obviously I have cancelled my contract with Autopage.

I do not expect a response from Autopage but suggest to anyone with a real genuine problem that a "Sit in" worked for me! Try it but only if all other options are exhausted.
