MTN running a service which we cant unsubscribe

I have tried endless phoning between MTN and DSTV to have my mobile streaming of R40 a month cancelled which i subscribed via MTNplay. I want this cancelled immediately as this is not ridiculous that no one at MTN can help me, or DSTV.
