I purchased airtime voucher last wed 30/1.I tried loading it several times & it said 'invalid voucher number.' Upon calling the customer care, the agent told me that the voucher is still active and I should try loading after every 15mins. Didn't work, I called again the next day. Was told told the same thing, voucher is still active and that I should also try smsing the pin number. I called on friday, I spoke to Innocent, & she said that I need to take the voucher back to the store and get a replacement one. Now, my paticence was been tried. I asked to speak to the supervisor. I waited & waited, only be told that Lindiwe was busy on a call and that she will call me back. I waited an hour and called again, I spoke to Tumi..She was surprised when I told what Innocent had told me and said they only advise clients to do that when the voucher and pin numbers are unreadable. Lindiwe was still on a call, I was told that she will call me back before 6pm. No call! On monday I called again and spoke to another supervisor, Steven, he said that they were having some tech issues with vouchers and that he will forward the details to tech dept to load. It is now Thurs, Steven is not in & Lindiwe is still on a call
