Mtnplay not working on blackberry

I have written before 2 weeks ago about mtnplay not working on my blackberry 9900 even though I have bis and already purchased dstv mobile... My req number was, REQ:2019825... Data is suppose to be included but since I have the 200 airtime per month contract after purchasing, while I watched dstv my airtime drained away. Well over R70 and once it finished I was not allowed to even enter the mtnplay website. It just loads and loads and doesnt work. Every other website works except that one. Now I find myself wasted R40 and not able to get what I paid for, for the past 2 weeks. I was told that I with be contacted and my problem has been put forward to the technical support team. But up till now the issue still remains.
