My account was suspended after being in CREDIT with DSTV! Thus, THEY OWE ME MONEY after I downgraded my account and cancelled my insurance in September already!

They are now trying to tell me that I am STILL paying for that insurance I cancelled (with GREAT difficulty I might add). NOW this FANTASTIC new addition to the story: Apparently my "SON" brought in a decoder for repairs on the 8th of October which was charged to my account (I DO NOT HAVE a "SON")!!!
I cannot understand how you allow someone to make a claim on an account that is NOT THE ACCOUNT HOLDER! Are you not supposed to call the account holder to make ANY changes on THEIR account?? This person was able to walk into DSTV and just mention a name and get a NEW decoder (which COULD NOT POSSIBLY have been registered on my name - MY only decoder has not MOVED from my home in 5 years)! Another RIDICULOUS admin error!!
This is what is to happen: Reconnect my services IMMEDIATELY, ENSURE the insurance is CANCELLED and ALL charges REVERSED up to the initial date of cancellation (early September) and lastly REMOVE that bogus charge for "decoder repairs" from my account IMMEDIATELY! Stop making me pay for YOUR incompetence!
