MTNPlay subscription to DSTV Mobile not working

On Saturday 24 August I subscribed to the DSTV Mobile offering via your MTNPlay website. I used my Galaxy S4 and couldn't access the service. I called your contact centre (808) and was told the service was active and the agent assured me I would be able to access the service after he got off the phone with DSTV. To date, I have no service. When I log on to MTNPlay I can't see the service under 'my subscriptions' so I can't even unsubscribe. Under 'my subscriptions I see a Sangoma service, JHB and Durban weather services. Fortunately I don't think those subscriptions are active, but it is very misleading. On Monday I logged on to my account (MTNActive) and sent a message asking to unsubscribe. I even asked for a confirmation and mentioned that I would be complaining here, on Facebook and Twitter... no response! Today I received my statement and yes the service is listed!!
Please guys, my request is simple, unsubscribe me from the DSTV Mobile offering and confirm it? With the new Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) legislation kicking in, I don't understand why I have to resort to this website in order to be heard and for action.
