Cannot unsubscribe from MTNPlay

Good day

My kid played on my wife's phone and unknowingly subscribed to MTN Play. Obviously I want to unsubscribe because it costs R3 per day. Somehow, it costs more than R3 per day because if i load airtime on it, it just DISAPPEARS/VANISH... and then YOU HAVE NMO AIRTIME TO UNSUBSCRIBE because the sms to unsubscribe has also a fee. What kind of scheme is this???

I went to the MTN Play website to unsubscribe, and guess what it tells me when I try to log in to MTN Play: "This mobile number is not registered with MTNPlay..." Fancy that, but you can credit my account every day!!!???
