DSTV mobile charged without SERVICE

My 30 day DSTV Mobile monthly subscription (R40) was renewed yesterday. The R40 was deducted from my account for a month long viewing of Dstv mobile. They messaged me that my subscription was renewed for a month and said that I can reply STOPDSTV to unsubscribe. So I did, but didn't get the SERVICE I PAID (R40) FOR for a month long DSTV Mobile viewing 30 SECONDS AGO!!! I phoned MTN's customer service and as usual they had BAD SERVICE and directed me to DSTV??? The SERVICE is from MTN's website MTN Loaded... R40 was deducted from my account for a months viewing and yet NO SERVICE from MTN.
