4 days later and my upgrade is still not done!!

I called in on Monday to see if i could upgrade and was informed that i could. I went to the boulders shopping center and the girl there couldnt find my number. An hour later she called into the support center and they helped her allocate my number. Half an hour later, she still hadnt managed to do the upgrade so I left the store. I called the call center to find out if the issue had been resolved and was informed that it has. I went to the Fourways store and the girl there said that my initial contract order from 2 years ago wasnt closed properly and thats why the system wont let me upgrade. She said she would log a call to get the issue resolved.

Well today is Thursday and NOBODY has this issue resolved yet. 4 days to do a renewal?? Really really??

The sad fact is that nobody can give me a time table of when this would be resolved. And apparently nobody can phone the billing department to sort this out. It ONLY gets escelated via email!! REALLY REALLY??

If I had to treat my customers orders in a way that mine has been treated the last 4 days, I would be without a job!!
