Still waiting

Since my last report abt my accident @ the mtn repair center, mtn only responed once and told me abt investigations. Its been 3 an a half weeks since. I am stagnant cause i've waiting for them so dat I plan my way forward. I would appreciate it if they were to get back to me. Am really disappointed at them.
