2 WEEKS AND STILL NO UPGRADE

IT WAS ON THE 16TH OF JAN 2014, WHEN I WENT TO THE WEST STREET MTN STORE. I ASKED FOR AN UPGRADE AS I WAS DUE FOR ONE, IM CURRENTLY ON A DATA PACKAGE AND I WANTED TO UPGRADE TO A VOICE PACKAGE, THEY EXPLAINED THEY NEED TO DO A MIGRATION FROM DATA TO VOICE BEFORE THEY COMPLETE THE UPGRADE, THY ADVISED ME IT TAKES A WEEK, I WAS COOL WITH THAT, LEFT MY DETAILS SAID THEY WILL CALL ME ONCE ITS DONE, A WEEK LATER I GO INSTORE NO1 CALLED PRIOR TO ME GOING THERE, THEY ADVISED ME THAT THERE TRAINEE STAFF WAS HANDLING MY UPGRADE AND HE HAS NOT LOGGED A USD YET!!! THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL CALL ME ONCE THEY SORT IT OUT. 2 DAYS LATER I WENT BACK TO THE STORE THEY SAID THEY WILL CALL WHEN I CAN DO AN UPGRADE, THEY CALLED ME YESTERDAY, SAID I CAN DO THE UPGRADE BUT THEY DONT HAVE STOCK OF THE S4 THEY WILL CALL WHEN THEY DO, I WENT INTO THE STORE TODAY, SAID I DONT WANT THE S4 I WANT THE Z1. THEY CALLED THE CALL CENTER TO APPARENTLY CHANGE THE DEAL, CALL CENTER SAYS UPGRADE CAN NOT BE DONE AS YET, WHY THE K DID THEY CALL ME THEN AND WASTE MY TIME WHEN I STILL CANT UPGRADE. I JUST WALKED OUT OF THE STORE OFF, COZ I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN VULGARE IF I DIDNT.. PLEASE GET COMPETENT STAFF!!!
