Disrespectful & no treating customers fairly!

Since the 3rd of Jan I had an attorney call me, I call nashua mobile that very day and a gentle advised me that he would be speaking to stanley in the credit department! Stanley then advised this guy that when he put my debt order through there was no money in my account which I fd very disrespectful and ad its a lie! I have a cheque account if anything bounces back its R130 charge from my bank! I then asked to speak to stanley's manager and I wanted her to call me the next day and to no suprise @ all she calls me that very day when I'm not available! I am sick and tired of this! I am a manager at a call centre myelf and a complaint is logged you have a 7 day turn around time to have it resolved. I am still waiting for clints feedback and I'm still waiting for Dorluis to call me back! I no longer accept the excuse we called you and left a message, if your cust is not available the first time YOU CALL BACK!!! You have had your 20 business days I am now going to the financial umubudsman and I want a letter of apology from nashua mobile! Your customer service and complaints department is disgusting! 6 months and you still can't fix this mess! I will be available all day TOMORROW!!
