I received a text msg on the 13th from 8ta informing me that my complaint has been resolved. I have no idea what that implies, will I be refunded? wont I be refunded?

When I contacted the the call center they were only able to confirm that the issue has been resolved and they also did not know what that implies. The call center operator was kind and informed me that the engineers would contact me within the week. IT HAS NOW BEEN 8 DAYS since the issue has been "resolved" and 1 month since i started fighting this battle.

but that is what the company wants, they want to draw this out for as long as they can so u will just give up and think the money isn't worth it.
