Waiting 4 weeks for a new phone!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Hi, on the 3rd January 2013 I went to your store in The Glen to upgrade my phone when was my contract came up for renewal. I selected a phone as part of the upgrade. I was informed that I would get the phone the following day, Once I had left the store I realized I would prefer the higher specification phone (Blackberry 9790) and contacted the store, they informed that they had changed the contract. The following day I drove back to the store to confirm the changes and they then informed me that they were too late to process the claim and that I would now need to wait 7 working days. With no feedback at all from the store I went back to collect the phone after the 7 days, I was then informed nothing had been done and I would now be required to wait another 7 days! How is this possibly acceptable? I escalated this issue to the store manager who agreed that the issue would be resolved, it has now been another 10 - 14 days and this apparent "manager" is not taking my calls and I would like a prompt explanation as to how you have provided me service and why I should not just cancel the contract?!? This is not acceptable!! I do not want Wendall contacting me as he provides no service!!!
