I'm currently on the line with Customer Care for the 3rd time today with a mess they caused. Trying to upgrade my contract after receiving an SMS. Drove all the way to Brooklyn yesterday where I requested for a phone to be kept aside for me. Got to Brooklyn store just to be told that there is a Termination message on my account which need to be resolved before I can upgrade. Phoned this morning around 8:00 and was kept on the line going from one department to the next just to get this resolved. No luck. Phoned again around 9:00 and a lady said she'll get this resolved with my account manager who i've already spoken to. He referred me to customer care and said they are the only one's that can remove this message. Called customer care again at 12:00 just to be put on hold for half an hour just to get the same feedback. My whole months free minutes spend just trying to resolve their mess which has now been escalated.
