PLEASE HELP HELP HELP!!!

I need someone at Telkom to help me I am getting fed up with the service I am receiving from Telkom.
My ADSL 2Mbps Line is giving me problems with speed from the 29 Jan 2013, every time I log a fault Telkom sms me later telling me it is resolved but it is not, the fasted line speed I was able to get from the 29 Jan was 455kbps that is not even 1/4 of the line speed I am paying for. Please can some that can actually help me I cannot operate with this slow speed. You can go and check my line history I have filed about 6 faults from the 29 Jan 2013, according to that the service tech is not doing him job or he does not know his job (and to Telkom telling them the problem is fixed). My line number is 013 7344998. But please phone me on my cellfone that I can explain it better. I have also logged a call with hallo Pieter about 2weeks back also with no avail.
