Telkom Bad service

Hi Guys
I just want to let all the other telkom users know of my experience with Them. I did go with Telkom
for there 4meg line, because at work it working like a charm. I do a lot of remote log in from home and was
with MTN on that stage. So i switched to Telkom for my home as well. After they installed my 4mb line i have been complaining about my speed. All they do is send a tech guy and he says the line is fine. BULLL. Some days i even struggle to open a web page on my 4mb/s line. What a load of @#$%. I am really fed up with all there "the line is fine mr" Bull. I am really considering switching back to Brad band as i did`t have this insanely slow speed. My friend has the same line as i do, living about 350 m of each other and his is fine. Why can`t they just fix my line or upgrade the system. They are more than Willing to bill you for a 4mb/s line but they can`t deliver. Getting a quote to switch my business and home use to Vodacom TOMORROW!!! CHEERS!!!
